Crawfish Boil

Today we had a crawfish boil for our daughter, Erica.  She is graduating from high school this Thursday and we wanted to celebrate.  The day was beautiful with a slight breeze, so sitting in our backyard was pleasant.  The family came over and we boiled crawfish for the first time this year, so it was a real treat.   For those who have never tasted crawfish, it's delicious!  Ken does a great job boiling crawfish, seasoning them just right.  Some of Erica's friends also came and we really enjoyed spending time with everybody.  We can't believe our daughter is growing up so fast!

We're also celebrating Mother's Day today instead of tomorrow since we have all of our family together and we're all so busy.  We'll be updating you tomorrow with the latest on our sailboat preparations for painting.
