Today is the first day of Spring, which is a cause for excitement for us. Spring means warm weather, beautiful flowers, sailing, and bugs! Yes, it's the start of "mudbug" season here in Louisiana! We love our crawfish, and I'm not being biased when I say that Ken boils them better than anybody I know. Add some onion, garlic, cayenne, salt, and some extras like mushrooms, cauliflower, potatoes and sausage ... I can't wait to get my fingers dirty! This is good eatin' ya'll!

Although I'm in Spain right now, it's still sooo cold over here and not Spring..at all! hehe
LOVE crawfish. They are so expensive if you buy them boiled at the store, so def boiling them yourself is the way to go.
